Pet-friendly and well-organised room, I really enjoyed the hotel!
Great place to stay, it was fairly clean and wonderful. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, pretty friendly, and everything was great. Units for my own bottle of wine in the mini bar fridge. There were an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware upon arrival.

The room with its massive bathroom. Coffee/tea making machines, a fridge, and glassware were a huge plus. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, some of them especially.

The hotel is fairly clean and the rooms are pet-friendly and well-organised. The service is excellent, includes overnight parking. They provide wake up calls and ironing without charge too. The location is incredible and stunning, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Emporium. It is found in a very trendy area.

We had a fantastic stay at Sage Hotel James Street. The location was perfect, with easy access to the trendy James Street precinct and all its shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The walk-in shower was a nice touch, although it did tend to splash water on the floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

It was fairly clean, I would have extended the stay. Loved Brisbane, the hotel was comfortable and absolutely fabulous so close to everything. My room included central heating, pay TV and a laptop-size safe. The bathroom was modern and beds were good. Its location close to Valley Pool was excellent and good.
Nothing all excellent.

Comfortable hotel, I truly enjoyed its best possible and top location.
All the services were excellent! All the staff were excellent, particularly attentive. Location: the hotel was really close to Palace theatre and restaurants and the Sunshine coast and amazing cafes, shops and restaurants.

This hotel is a great find for the price. The rooms and facilities are lovely, and the staff were very pleasant. The location is fantastic, with everything conveniently located nearby. I especially liked that some rooms have balconies, which is always important to me.
One small thing that could be improved is the parking situation. It was a bit confusing to find the secure parking, with the directions not clearly stated on the website.

Excellent service, contemporary superior queen room with lovely balcony and a comfortable bed, as example. With coffee/tea making machines, a fridge and glassware. Ideal and incredibly comfortable location very close to everything we were interested in. Close enough to all the best shops, cafes, restaurants and popular James Street and New Farm park and New Farm Park.
